The Tuskegee Airmen Bus Depot is located at East 100th Street and Lexington Avenue, in the Spanish Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. It's the only depot that runs Articulated buses (60 foot) exclusively. This depot replaced four displaced bus routes that came from the Michael J. Quill & Manhattanville bus depots, (Michael J. Quill: M86, M102 & Manhattanville: M101, M103) due to the closure of the Hudson Pier depot & its former routes going splitting between the two depots. The Tuskegee Airmen Bus Depot is part of the Manhattan Division of bus depots in MTA New York City Transit buses.
