The Delaware County Passenger Railroad was a horsecar operator in the Philadelphia suburban area.

In 1859, the DCPRR opened a horsecar line from Market and 39th Streets in Philadelphia to Renrock Avenue in the western suburbs, but the line closed in 1865.

The company, however, continued its corporate existence, and was bought by the newly incorporated Philadelphia & West Chester Traction Co. in 1895 when The P&WCTCo was incorporated.
