Dry Dock, East Broadway and Battery Railroad
From Metro Wiki
The Dry Dock, East Broadway and Battery Railroad Company was an operator of streetcars in New York City. Its system included two routes: the Grand Street Crosstown route (later Avenue B and East Broadway Transit Co. bus route M8) and the Avenue B route (later Avenue B, and now New York City Transit Authority, bus route M9).
The company went bankrupt and its routes were taken over by the Avenue B and East Broadway Transit Co. in 1932.
