A Bus Identical To CR & L Lines' Model And Color SchemeEdit

Cross Country Coach of Milford CT used salvaged older General Motors buses salvaged from CT Railway And Lighting Co.'s Bridgeport Division after it ceased operations in November 1972 (exactly like bus model shown here with same green color scheme). Starting in 1973, it was awarded the operation of two former CR & L bus routes (#11 Norwalk and #15 New Haven) - which were combined into one single long-distance regional route, with local stops in every community between Norwalk and New Haven - with exception to Bridgeport, where passengers could only board if destined beyond city limits - or discharging passengers that boarded outside Bridgeport. The entire run took just under two hours.
