The Hartford Street Railway was a company operating streetcars in Hartford, Connecticut.
It was organized in 1893 as a consolidation of two companies that had originally operated horsecars in Hartford: Hartford & Wethersfield Horse Railroad Co. (incorporated 1862) and East Hartford & Glastonbury Horse Railroad (began operating 1892).
In 1904 it was sold to Consolidated Railway Co., which was renamed The Connecticut Company in 1907.
