The Twin City Rapid Transit Company ran streetcars and buses in the cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota from 1892, when it took over the operations of the Minneapolis Street Railway and the St. Paul City Railway Company, to 1962, when its operations were taken over by the Twin City Lines.

From 1899 to 1932, it also operated streetcars in Stillwater, Minnesota.

Streetcar operations were discontinued in 1954.
