Hurricane Sandy has done enough damage to have the following changes:
The A operates in two sections:
Between 168 St and 34 St–Penn Station
Between Jay St–MetroTech and Lefferts Blvd
No A service to and from the Aqueduct and the Rockaways.
For service to and from Manhattan, shuttle buses are available for transfer at Jay St–MetroTech.
B service is suspended.
C service is suspended.
Limited D service will operate between 205 St and Bay Pkwy in both directions.
E service is suspended.
F service operates between 179 St and Avenue X.
G service is suspended.
J service operates between Jamaica Center and Essex Street, making all stops.
L service runs between Broadway Junction and Rockaway Pkwy, making all local stops.
M trains operate in two sections:
Between Myrtle Avenue and Metropolitan Avenue
Between Jamaica Center and 34 St, making F train stops between 71 St and 34 St.
No service south of 34 St.
N service operates between Ditmars Blvd and 34 St, there is no NQR service south of 34 St.
Northbound N trains bypass the 49th Street station.
N service will bypass the 57 St–7 Av station in both directions.
Northbound Q trains operate between Kings Highway and Atlantic Avenue.
Southbound Q trains operate between Jay Street–MetroTech and Kings Highway.
R service operates between Jay Street–MetroTech and 95th Street, making all stops.
R service along Queens Blvd is suspended.
Limited S service between Franklin Av and Prospect Park Station has started operation.
42 Street S trains between Times Sq and Grand Central are in full operation.
Rockaway Park S trains are suspended.
Z service is suspended.
Limited 4 train service has resumed in both directions from the Pelham Bay Park Station to the Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall Station.
Limited 5 train service has resumed in both directions from the Woodlawn Station to the New Lots Avenue Station.
Limited 6 train service has resumed between the Eastchester-Dyre Avenue Station and the East-180 Street Station in both directions.
Limited 7 train service has resumed in both directions from the Times Square-42 Street Station to the Flushing-Main Street Station.
The following stations are closed: Queens Plaza, Court Square-23 Street, Lexington Avenue/53 Street and 5 Avenue/53 Street.
