Currently, The Staten Island Railway has ONLY 1 Line. That Line Goes from St. George Ferry to Tottenville via the East & South Section of Richmond County (Staten Island). The Current Stations along the Staten Island Railway are:

St. George, Tompkinsville, Stapleton, Clifton, Grasmere, Old Town, Dongan Hills, Jefferson Avenue, Grant City, New Dorp, Oakwood Heights, Bay Terrace, Great Kills, Eltingville, Annadale, Huguenot, Prince's Bay, Pleasant Plains, Richmond Valley, Arthur Kill & Tottenville.

The ONLY Other Route is between St. George Ferry & the Staten Island Yankees Baseball Stadium during Gamedays. The Staten Island Yankees are the Little League Team for the New York Yankees.

There is NO Staten Island Railway Route that goes along the North & West Section of Richmond County (Staten Island).

Here is My Proposal: Build a Second Line of the Staten Island Railway. The Route & Stations would be:

St. George, New Brighton, Livingston, Castleton, Port Richmond, Mariners Harbor, Arlington, Howland Hook, Bloomfield, Chelsea, Travis, Arden Heights, Rossville, Charleston, Arthur Kill & Tottenville.

It would give the People of Richmond County (Staten Island) ANOTHER Transit Option. This would be a Public-Private Partnership. New York City Could Pay for the Tracks. New York State would Pay for the Rails. The Private Corporations would Pay for the Building of the Stations & Platforms.
